Central Student Shared Apartment in a Historic Building

Room
We are looking for a new tenant for our student shared apartment because one of us will soon finish their studies. The room is furnished and located on the upper floor of an Art Nouveau historic building in the center of Karlsruhe. It features two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared living room, a balcony, and a beautiful garden. The apartment is close to the campus of KIT and PH or HKA.

Location
The building is centrally located in Karlsruhe between the State Theater and the Congress Center. The university and the university of applied sciences can be reached by bike in 10 minutes. The Kongresszentrum subway station is right outside the door. Shopping centers are reachable within 10 minutes on foot, and the city center and main train station are only 15 minutes away.

Shared Apartment Life
Currently, the shared apartment consists of students from various fields of study and age groups. In addition to industrial engineers and mechanical engineers, civil engineers also live with us. Both studying and enjoying student life are important to us. We like to cook together in our spacious kitchen, and we often use the garden in summer for barbecues or to cool off in the pool.
