Centrally Located Room in Historic Art Nouveau Old Building

Room
Our shared flat offers a unique living experience for students of all study programs. We are not a purpose-only shared flat, but spend a lot of free time together, doing sports, celebrating and studying together. Everyone who is motivated and looks forward to living together in our shared flat is welcome.

The room is furnished and located on the upper floor of an Art Nouveau old building in the center of Karlsruhe. The shared flat has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a common living room, a balcony and a beautiful garden. The apartment is close to the campus of KIT and PH or HKA.

Location
The house is centrally located in Karlsruhe between the State Theatre and the Congress Center. The university and the university of applied sciences can be reached by bike in 10 minutes. The subway stop Kongresszentrum is right in front of the door. The shopping centers are a 10-minute walk away, and the city center or main train station are only 15 minutes away.

Shared Flat Life
Besides you, interested parties and members of our student association will also be your flatmates. Since 1860 we stand for openness to the world, success and lifelong friendships. Tolerance is our top priority, which means nationality and origin do not matter to us.

In our network we maintain contact with numerous associations from all over Germany and thus form one of the largest academic associations. We support each other in our studies because we are all in the same boat and have appropriate rooms for this, where seminars can also take place, for example. Outside of studies, we like to spend our free time together, whether in the party basement or grilling in our own garden.

Other
Do you want to be successful in your studies and have fun alongside your studies? Do you want to be active within a group of young students and always meet new, interesting people?

Then write us a message in which you briefly tell us about yourself (e.g. studies, favorite drink, hobbies). We will then get back to you to arrange a non-binding viewing appointment. If you like one of the rooms, we will gladly put you in touch with the landlord.
