In the super centrally located, newly renovated house at Konstablerwache, room 2 in the shared apartment on the 4th floor is available immediately. This room is 20m2 in size, newly and charmingly furnished, and has its own sink, a wardrobe, a large work and dining table with chair, and is furnished with a double bed (queen size 140*200cm) with a high-quality pocket spring mattress. It faces Konstablerwache and is quiet despite the central location.

The shared apartment has an extremely strong internet connection (1 gigabit/sec), both via LAN access point in the room and fast WLAN.

Together with the roommates of this apartment, everyone in the shared apartment has access to the common and lounge room with the fully equipped kitchenette: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plates, pots, cups, cutlery, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a shared dining and work table, a giant refrigerator, two bathrooms with 2 showers, toilets and sinks. One bathroom also houses a washing machine and dryer for free use by the residents. The cleaning team, which keeps the common areas such as kitchen, common room and bathrooms in good condition every two weeks, is also included in the rent.

The room can also be occupied by 2 people (double bed), in which case a +100€ surcharge for operating costs will be charged.

The notice period is very flexible with one month to the end of the month, the minimum rental period is 3 months.
