Room No. 4 on the second floor of the completely refurbished and renovated property on Konstabler Wache will be available from November 1, 2026. It is 22m2 in size, faces the city center and the cathedral, and has a magnificent view of the city center, the cathedral, the Main River, and Sachsenhausen from its own sunny balcony.

The room has its own sink and is equipped with a wardrobe, a desk/dining table with chair, a 140 x 200 cm double bed (queen size), and other smaller furnishing accessories. The very fast internet of the building (up to 1,000 MBit/s) can be accessed via a LAN access point in the room and via WLAN AX.

If desired, additional options such as a personal refrigerator in the room, bedding and linens, cleaning services for the room, or a television can be booked.

Together with the 4 roommates of this apartment (3 female, 1 male), all residents have access to the large common lounge with a fully equipped kitchenette. Cooking or baking for or with friends is no problem: stove plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plates, pots, cups, glasses, cutlery, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a shared dining or work table, a huge refrigerator, two bathrooms with 2 showers, toilets, and sinks. One bathroom also houses a washing machine and dryer for free use. The rent also includes the cleaning team, which regularly cleans the shared areas, i.e., the bathrooms, kitchen, and common room.

Room 4 (22m2) costs € 875/month. This gross room price includes all operating costs, including internet, electricity, hot water, heating, and cleaning service for the shared areas. The price is calculated for one person. It can be occupied by a maximum of 2 persons (double bed), then an additional operating cost surcharge of +€100 per month applies for the second person.
