Cozy Room in a 2-Person Shared Apartment

Our shared apartment is a 3-room flat. Since the 3rd room is a walk-through room, we use it as a living room. Your room is about 16m2 in size and offers plenty of space. Even a 1.40m bed is no problem. The room is bright and friendly. Above all, the light laminate floor creates a great atmosphere not only in the room but throughout the entire apartment, making it a place to feel comfortable. You can of course furnish the room however you like. Due to the large area and high walls, there are no limits for you here. My roommate Helena always felt very comfortable in this room.

Location
The apartment is located in the beautiful district of Ilversgehofen, north of the old town of Erfurt. Shopping options such as Rewe, Rossmann or a pharmacy are located on the same street. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to reach the train station and about 2 minutes to the bus stop. It is only a 9-minute train ride to the city center at Anger and 17 minutes to the university. There is also a swimming pool right next door. To escape the hustle and bustle of the city, you can reach the Nordstrand beach by bike in 7 minutes, where you can swim in the summer. Behind Nordstrand, you can enjoy a nice walk in Feldmarkt or watch the sunset over Erfurt from Galgenberg, which I highly recommend.

I am Alicia, 28 years old, and I completed my master's degree in primary school teaching at the end of September. Since then, I have been working as a substitute teacher at a primary school. Until the end of January, I have a fairly relaxed part-time week with 3 working days per week and am usually back home by noon on my workdays. From February, I hope to start my teacher training in Thuringia, preferably in Erfurt or nearby so that I can continue living here. However, exactly where it will take me is not yet certain.

My roommate Helena and I had a really nice year together and got along great. She now wants to move in with a close friend she met during her studies. Therefore, I am looking forward to meeting someone new and continuing a similarly nice shared apartment life together. Evenings together with a tasty drink on the sofa, game nights or cooking together, this is how I imagine our shared apartment life. I also enjoy relaxed hours in the park, outings or a night out at a club. Since I am now working, my daily life has become a bit quieter than during my studies and I enjoy e
