The room is located on the ground floor of a 2-story apartment on the 1st floor.

It is approximately 3x4.30m in size and offers a relaxed view of the street.

We also have a few cabinets that can be used.

The room appears very clean and modern compared to many other apartments in this location.

Location
The location is very central.

The apartment is located directly in the beautiful Old Town between the university and the city center.

It is a 3-minute walk to the train and 4 stops to the city, only 3 stops to the university.

An Edeka supermarket is 2 minutes away.

Additionally, we are also directly near the river.
