Sublet 6-Person Shared Apartment

Hey! We are Richard (27), Jakob (24), Stefan (23), Steffi (24), Henni (22), Leonie (23) and we are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment for a full 6 months, yeah!!!

We are not a purpose-only shared apartment. Spending time together is important to us: whether cooking together, watching movies, backyard barbecues, trips to nature, an IKEA trip or just taking the recycling out together, our shared apartment life usually happens together.

Who we are:

Hey, I am Leonie or Leo and I want to sublet my little sanctuary because I will be leaving Germany for 6 months - and taking a little detour to Australia, haha!

I am a very open person and love harmony as well as plenty of adventure and lots of sports, but you can also win me over with baking and cooking, and much more, haha! ;))

I hope you will love my room as much as I do! ♡

Richard is doing his Master's in Landscape Architecture at the FH, works as a tutor, spends a lot of time with friends and likes to try out different hobbies.

Jakob is close to finishing his Civil Engineering studies, works as a student assistant in an engineering office and loves movies, nature and shared apartment life. He also sometimes taps beer at our regular pub.

Stefan studies Civil Engineering and works part-time at Breuninger. He is always up for any spontaneous idea. He likes to get excited about things, especially when it comes to music.

Steffi is studying Architecture in her Master's at the FH. She likes being creative, does university sports and is politically engaged. She is usually up for a joint activity with the shared apartment, likes going to cafés or cultural programs with roommates. Eating or cooking vegetarian food is always great too.

Henni studies Communication Sciences and Learning Psychology at the university. She loves plants, art and walks and looks forward to shared apartment evenings.

About the apartment:

Our location could hardly be more convenient: between Brühlervorstadt and Altstadt, tram line 4 stops right around the corner. FH is 8 minutes away, the university about 15 minutes and the HMU is practically on the doorstep. Supermarkets (Rewe, tegut, Aldi, DM) are within walking distance, as are the late-night store and our regular pub.
