Room available in 4-person shared flat

Room
The apartment consists of 4 private rooms, a large kitchen, two large bathrooms with windows and bathtubs, a living room, and two balconies. The balconies are located at the living room and the kitchen, and are therefore shared.

The available room is bright, faces west, and has a typical old building ceiling height. The room has two large windows with transom windows. The loft bed can be taken over if needed (for a fee). Otherwise, the room and the associated bathroom are unfurnished. The floors are made of easy-care linoleum with a wood look. The stated cold rent includes additional costs, electricity, and internet access.

Location
The bus stop towards Nordbahnhof and Hauptbahnhof can be reached on foot within 4 minutes. The tram (Boyneburgufer) is less than 10 minutes away. The university of applied sciences (FH) is a 12-minute walk away. If you want to walk to the old town, it takes about 15 minutes.

Shopping facilities are also very close (1-3 minutes), so you can still make it to Penny or Netto shortly before closing time. There is also a convenience store (Späti) on our street.

Shared flat life
The large apartment used to be two apartments, which is why we have two bathrooms and two balconies.

In our shared flat live Lucy (28), Falko (40), and Martin (44).

Lucy studies Applied Computer Science at the FH and, when time allows, is a very creative person who likes to paint, draw, or knit.

Falko enjoys watching series and movies, listening to music, and works as a civil engineer.

Martin worked for a long time, likes to do sports, and will start his studies in garden and landscape construction next semester.

We like to be outdoors, in beer gardens, parks, and flea markets, or chill on the balcony.

We look forward to roommates who are independent but also sociable and ideally not just looking for a functional shared flat! :)
