Cozy Room in Girls' Shared Flat

Room
With a heavy heart, I am moving out of the great shared flat on 01.01., and therefore we are looking for a successor.

You can expect a room of about 16 m2, nicely shaped, super cozy and with lots of afternoon sun. The room faces the courtyard and is very quiet. We have a very green courtyard with a large walnut tree right in front of the window.

Some furniture can be taken over by arrangement.

Moving in on 15.12. would also be possible.

Location
Our shared flat is located on the edge of the old town directly on the Gera Flutgraben. Very central and at the same time quiet. It takes only about 7 minutes on foot to get to Anger, all trams go in every direction from there. The main train station is about 10 minutes on foot, and you can also easily reach the university of applied sciences in 10 minutes on foot. Everything is super easy to reach.

Shared Flat Life
You would live together with Nele (22) and Lina (21).

Nele studies social work at the university of applied sciences. She loves reading, enjoys the crime series Tatort, and is always up for a movie night. Nele also likes to provide the flat with cake when she is baking again.

Lina studies urban and spatial planning at the university of applied sciences. She likes to be out with friends, enjoys coffee, and is therefore always up for a coffee date. She likes reading, going for walks, and always has an open ear.

Both are incredibly loving, open, and understanding people with whom you simply feel comfortable. They have grown very close to my heart over our shared flat time.

We are not a purpose-only shared flat, on the contrary: a friendly togetherness is important to us. We like to eat together, cook together, or just chat in the kitchen over a tea. 🫶

What is important to us:

An open, supportive, and discrimination-free attitude is a matter of course for us. We want a home where everyone can feel comfortable, regardless of origin, gender, sexuality, or religion.

We live vegetarian and would be happy if you do too.

We also value cleanliness, we have a cleaning schedule that works well and that we all adhere to.
