Nice Shared Apartment Room in the City Center

Room
Room

The room is opposite the entrance door. It is very bright, yet it does not get too hot in the summer. Because it is opposite a parking garage, no one can look inside :)

Location

Very central, almost directly at Anger. From there, all tram lines are accessible. For shopping, it is less than a 1-minute walk since the Anger 1 shopping center is right opposite.

Shared Apartment Life

You will live with 2 other people:

Rosina (25) is a very open person and always up for a conversation, for example while cooking or just casually in the hallway. She enjoys techno parties and would be happy if you are interested in that too :) Otherwise, cleanliness and a pleasant coexistence are very important to her!

Another room is also currently available in the shared apartment. We are still casting :)

Basically, Rosina would be happy if someone moves in who is not interested in a purely functional shared apartment :)

There is also a balcony at the kitchen that the whole shared apartment can use. Additionally, there is a dishwasher.

Other

I am taking my furniture with me, but we recently bought a washing machine for which I would like a discount.

We can also discuss that in more detail.

The move-in date is likely between early November and the end of November, and we can discuss that again :)
