Cozy Shared Apartment Room in Private Student Dormitory

From mid-December you will live in a cozy attic room in a private student dormitory - practically a small oasis above the roofs of Karlsruhe. It is an 8-person shared apartment and your room is about 15m2.

Since I unfortunately leave the shared apartment on December 1st, I am looking for a successor. The room is already (almost completely) furnished with two wardrobes, a bed and a desk, for which you do not have to make any advance payments as it is provided by the dormitory. (Practical)

We always share a bathroom between two people, which makes living together much more relaxed compared to an ordinary student dormitory.

You would share the bathroom with Justine, who has just arrived in Karlsruhe and is starting to study at KIT.

Location
The greenest part of Karlsruhe is right outside the door!

The Alb with the Günther Klotz Anlage and the Hildapromenade. Perfect for walks, jogging rounds or just to take a deep breath.

Shopping? No problem! Two supermarkets are only 3 minutes on foot away, so you can also spontaneously decide that you still need beer or snacks for the shared apartment evening. If cooking is not your thing, there are countless fast food spots on Hauptstraße for quick hunger.

In addition, thanks to the food distribution by Caritas on the ground floor, leftover food regularly ends up in the elevator - perfect for hunger in between.

The S-Bahn lines S5 & S2 take you in 10 or 20 minutes to HKA or the university. By bike, if you speed up, you can reach KIT in just under 15 minutes. Additionally, the train goes directly without changing to the main station, perfect for weekend trips or if you want to quickly get to the city center. You can safely park your bike (or car) in the underground garage.

Shared Apartment Life
Here you are never alone (unless you want to be)! In the kitchen there is almost always someone for a coffee, cake or a spontaneous cooking experiment. We are all in our mid to late 20s and also enthusiastic about joint party evenings or game nights.

The highlight in summer is definitely the large balcony that runs once around the kitchen. Perfect for chilling, for a summer party or to have a relaxed breakfast in the sun in the morning.
