4-person shared flat in Innenstadt-West looking for a roommate

Room
The room is well laid out and very spacious despite the sloping roof. The wooden floor and two large windows make the room very bright. The room is located directly next to a bathroom that you share only with one other roommate. It faces west, so you get beautiful afternoon and evening sun. The amount of the cold rent corresponds to the total rent including additional costs, internet, etc. The exact move-in date from mid-November and furniture takeover can be arranged personally.

Location
Very central location to the city center and bars/cafés on Waldstraße and Sophienstraße. Rewe, Lidl, Asia Store, bakery, and pharmacy are practically around the corner. Universities and KIT are very easily reachable by bike.

Shared flat life
We are a very relaxed shared flat: Anica, 28, works in a physiotherapy practice, likes gaming on her couch or goes out as a techno fan on weekends. Ha-Lamm, 24, studies Democracy, Education, and Migration at PH; she enjoys bouldering and traveling. Valentin, 27, is doing a PhD in computer science, likes outdoor calisthenics, and is sometimes up for coffee and cake on weekends. I, Antonia, am moving out now at the end of my master's studies with a heavy heart.

Together we discovered some shared flat activities last year, e.g. solving crosswords, playing Mario Kart, grill evenings on the balcony, spontaneous ice cream outings, and birthday trips. The vibe with us can definitely be described as cozy :) we look forward to finding someone who fits our casual but communal shared flat life. Here everyone has the freedom to do their own thing, but we maintain a warm atmosphere when we meet in the shared flat kitchen. Sounds good to you?
