Sublet in a Nice 4-Person Shared Apartment in Weststadt

Room
The room is located in the attic (3rd floor) and offers plenty of storage space due to the above-average ceiling height.

The room is just under 15m2. The window front is oriented so that the evening sun shines into the room. All windows were recently replaced and are equipped with external shutters for darkening (so it doesn't matter if the sun is low). Regarding the furniture, we can agree on what you don't want there, but it is best if you just take everything 🙃. The apartment has a total of two bathrooms, with this room assigned to the two-part bathroom with a shower. The shared kitchen is equipped with a new ceramic hob, oven, and 2 refrigerators. Some items like spices and onions are shared, and everyone also has their own cupboard, so there is enough space to store your things.

There is a covered parking space for bicycles.

A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement, shared with the house community.

Location
The shared apartment is located in Innenstadt-West/Weststadt directly at Gutenbergplatz, where three times a week at the market you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, or specialties like cheese and fresh pasta.

In addition, there are shopping options nearby at Alnatura, Lidl, Penny, or Cap.

The transport connections are very broad and reliable, with line 4 from Schillerstraße, line 5 from Weinbrennerplatz, and many other lines directly to the city center or to KIT from Yorckstraße, offering a reliable way to get home at (almost) any time.

The Günther-Klotz-Anlage is also nearby, a 5-10 minute walk, a perfect opportunity in summer and winter to relax a bit, go for a walk, or do sports. It is also a good spot to meet friends or watch sunsets.

Furthermore, there are nice opportunities to enjoy a delicious coffee nearby at Luuc, Café Juli, and other cafés in the immediate area (I haven't tested them, but they are approved by housemates). For food, there are two tasty Asian restaurants, two good Indian restaurants, two döner shops, and a pizzeria for a quick dinner.
