Cozy Two-Person Shared Apartment in Löbervorstadt

Dear flatshare seekers,

My name is Bernadette (29 years old) and I am looking for a new female flatmate for my cozy two-person shared apartment starting December 1st. The move-in date may also be somewhat earlier (mid-November).

The available room is about 14 sqm and faces a very quiet street side. By arrangement, some furniture from my current flatmate could possibly be taken over.

Location
The flatshare is located very quietly in Löbervorstadt. A Tegut supermarket, an organic bakery, Sparkasse bank, and public transport are reachable within a few minutes on foot. The train station is also in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is very spacious with its 90 sqm and offers space for community with a balcony and a large kitchen. A basement compartment, bicycle parking spaces, and a small storage room are available. In the backyard, there is also the possibility to use the communal garden furniture.

Flatshare Life
I am Bernadette, 29 years old, and have been living in the flatshare I founded for 2.5 years. I work in child and youth protection and am currently doing a part-time further education in the field of trauma. I would be happy if you are also in a similar life phase (end of training/studies or in professional life).

In my free time, I do a lot of music: I like to sing, play guitar, or try out my electric piano. I am also involved in my Christian community and enjoy tours with my gravel bike.

In communal living, it is important to me that we as a flatshare keep resource conservation and sustainability in mind. For example, my current flatmate and I get vegetables from a solidarity-based farm, which I would like to continue if you are interested. And I look forward to more ideas :)
