I am offering my absolute dream apartment in Düsseldorf-Flingern-Nord for a new tenant with a heavy heart because I am moving to Cologne.

The apartment has about 114 m² on two levels and is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful old building from 1900. It is very bright and open due to the many windows. Downstairs there is a spacious living and dining area, a bright kitchen, a guest WC, and a balcony with a view of greenery. Upstairs in the converted attic are the sleeping area with a built-in wardrobe and the bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The built-in wardrobe and the shelves under the stairs are part of the inventory. The kitchen must be taken over with a deduction of 4000€. Other furniture, such as the couch, can also be taken over by arrangement.

Move-in would be expected on 15.11.

Pets are allowed by arrangement.

The location is top: cafés, small shops, Hanielpark, and good train connections are just around the corner.

I am currently the tenant of the apartment and am looking for suitable new tenants whom I can recommend to the property management. Please make sure before applying that you have an appropriate net household income and the usual documents, such as pay slips, Schufa report, etc.

Ideally, a swap would even be possible if someone has a suitable apartment to offer in Cologne.

**I am looking for:** an apartment in Cologne from 45 m² up to max. 1,500 € warm, preferably in Lindenthal, Ehrenfeld, or Nippes or on the right bank near Messe/Deutz. But I am basically open to all of Cologne. Preferably old building with balcony :-)
