We are renting out our beautiful old building apartment on Fürstenwall in Düsseldorf-Friedrichstadt from 01.12.2026 due to a job relocation for 1 to 1.5 years. Afterwards, there may be the possibility to take over as the main tenant.
The apartment has approximately 107 m² of living space. The centerpiece is the spacious living room, which is connected to the large eat-in kitchen. Both rooms (approx. 70 m² together) convey a very generous sense of space. In addition, the apartment has a bedroom facing the courtyard with a large built-in wardrobe as well as a separate guest/workroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower. - We are only looking for subtenants who commit to the full duration.
- Only non-smokers.
- No pets.
- Deposit of three net cold rents at the start of the lease.
- Takeover of an Ikea Pax wardrobe with shoe compartments (625 EUR) and a large bathroom mirror (275 EUR) for a total price of 1,000 EUR is required.
We ask for a meaningful application. Only applications that clearly express agreement with the stated conditions and the sublease will be considered.
