The rental starts on 1 November 2026. You can choose between a fixed-term (6-12 months) or unlimited rental contract according to your wishes.

You live in Erlangen-Alterlangen, quiet and green west of the Regnitz, yet quickly everywhere: city centre, university and university hospital can be reached within a few minutes by bike. The Siemens locations are also well connected by bike and bus. After work, the Regnitz meadows for running, cycling or relaxing are just a stone's throw away. Right outside the front door is the very well connected bus stop "Sankt Johann", the EDEKA Wiemann is only 180 m away.
