I am offering my furnished apartment for subletting for several months, as I will mostly not be in Düsseldorf during this time.

Move-in is flexible between early November and early December, rent will be calculated proportionally. The rental period is basically until the end of May 2027; I am flexible with the move-out date, but the rental period should be at least until 15.05.2027. An extension of 1-2 months is also possible by arrangement.

The approximately 60 m² 2.5-room apartment is located on the raised ground floor and has a bedroom, living room, large eat-in kitchen, modern bathroom, storage room and a small balcony facing the quiet backyard. The bedroom and eat-in kitchen also face the backyard, the living room faces the only lightly trafficked Kirchfeldstraße.

The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move in. Available are, among others, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, wardrobe, chest of drawers as well as a high-quality home office workspace with height-adjustable desk, desk chair, walking pad and external monitor. Kitchen utensils and common appliances such as blender, pots, pans and dishes are also available.

Currently, there is no bed frame in the bedroom, only a mattress. A bed can be provided if needed. The living room has electric shutters for complete darkening; blackout curtains will still be installed in the bedroom. Individual furniture or items can be stored elsewhere by arrangement.

Looking for a reliable and considerate single person or couple, preferably employed or studying. Also well suited for expats, project workers or people who are in Düsseldorf.

The location is, in my view, something special: very central in Unterbilk and at the same time pleasantly quiet. The apartment is located on Kirchfeldstraße, directly at the corner of Düsselstraße. Unterbilk is, for me, one of the best residential areas in Düsseldorf: urban and lively, yet well-kept, quiet and with a safe living feeling.

Lorettostraße with many cafés and restaurants is about a 5-minute walk away. The Medienhafen, Rhine and Old Town are also quickly accessible. For longer walks, you can walk through the Medienhafen and over the bridge to the Rhine meadows at Paradiesstrand.
