From November 1, 2026, we are renting a high-quality furnished 3-room apartment of approx. 89 m² on the 2nd floor in Köln-Sülz, renovated in autumn 2026. A later rental start is possible by arrangement.
The apartment has two bedrooms, an open living/dining area with fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate guest WC. A large balcony, air conditioning, underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows ensure comfortable living. An elevator and barrier-free access are available.
The offer is suitable for a professional or scientific stay in Cologne, for example for project staff, guest scientists or expats. A rental period of one to three years is desired; the specific contract duration will be agreed.
The monthly cold rent including furnishing is 1,542 €. In addition, there is an advance payment for additional costs including heating of 423 €, totaling 1,965 € monthly. The deposit is 4,626 € (three cold rents). Electricity and broadcasting fees are to be paid separately. A parking space is not included in the offer.
No pets. Non-smoking apartment; smoking only on the balcony.
Application process: Please first send us a short message introducing the moving-in persons, the number of persons, the desired rental start and, if applicable, the rental duration as well as the reason for your stay in Cologne. Then we will arrange a short online meeting. If it suits both sides, a personal viewing of the apartment on site will follow by appointment.
The apartment is rented furnished. The equipment includes:
• Fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher
• Dining table with six chairs, sofa and sofa bed
• Two bedrooms each with a bed (140 × 200 cm) and wardrobe
• Workspace with desk, ergonomic chair and monitor
• Bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine; separate guest WC
• TV, vacuum cleaner, iron/ironing board
• Air conditioning, underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows
• Large balcony, elevator, cellar room by arrangement and bicycle cellar
Bedding is provided; bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant. Decorative items can be left or stored by arrangement.
Cable TV from NetCologne is available. Internet/WLAN can be set up on request; the conditions will be agreed separately.
