Very centrally located in Hamburg-Neustadt in a quiet side street. The 2-room apartment (approx. 48 sqm) is located on the raised ground floor of a listed red brick building from 1936. The apartment is bright and sunny and has a beautiful sanded wooden floor. A bicycle parking space in the basement (lockable) can be used.
The living room is furnished with a sofa (sofa bed for visitors), a glass coffee table. Additionally, there is a small work area with a desk available. A colorful rug creates a homely atmosphere. The beautiful large eat-in kitchen has a fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances: ceramic hob (4 cooking zones), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher as well as kettle, toaster and coffee machine. For shared meals there is a large seating area with a dining table.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (140x200) in modern oak look including bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a large corner wardrobe. Duvets, bed linen, towels and pillows are provided. The bathroom with window has a shower with glass cabin, a washbasin, a toilet and a towel heater. There is a basement (shared use). The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
The furnished apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for a shared flat. A dog or a cat is not allowed. The rent already includes the following costs: heating flat rate, water flat rate, electricity flat rate. The broadcasting fee is included. An internet connection (WLAN) can be used.
