In addition to the bathroom, there is an extra toilet.

The house is centrally located. The industrial companies of Häfler are in the immediate vicinity. It is only a few minutes on foot to the train station for those who need to travel further. The city center and the lake are just a stone's throw away. The beach bath is easily reachable by bicycle. The Riedlepark for jogging or walking is right outside the front door. Shopping facilities are also available.

The roommates are students, interns, or young professionals, or they are students in theoretical and practical phases.

In the basement, there is a storage room for bicycles. Two washing machines are available to everyone free of charge. There is a separate basement room for drying laundry. In the garden, there is a cozy barbecue area.
