Furnished shared flat room in Münster-Südviertel for sublease (LIMITED TIME!!!)

Room
Since I will be going abroad for an Erasmus semester, I am subletting my room for the specified period.

The room is about 16sqm and has a large window front facing the traffic-calmed one-way street. The furniture (140*200cm double bed with 4 large storage drawers, large wardrobe, two large dressers, shelf, desk) must be taken over for the period.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, small table with space for 5 people. Behind it, there is a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The bathroom has a large shower and a washing machine (8kg).

Location
The location of the apartment is ideal, you can reach the Aasee very quickly (5min.), the old town (10min.), a large Rewe / dm (3min.), as well as Hammer Straße with many restaurants, bars and shops (5-10min.). All university campuses are also easily reachable by bike and you can get to almost all urban areas in less than 15min. Not far from the apartment (3min. on foot) is a bus stop, from which lines regularly run to the main station and other parts of the city.

Shared flat life
My flatmate Marten (20) and I lead a very relaxed, family-like shared flat life, enjoy cooking together, but also like to do things with mutual friends.

Marten studies teaching and is a very pleasant, uncomplicated flatmate.
