The entire building was renovated in 2026. The room is fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk are provided. You basically only need to bring your suitcases, ideal if you are moving to Karlsruhe at the start of the semester and do not want to worry about furniture.
The kitchen is shared. Several rooms are available in the shared flat, so you can also apply together with friends or fellow students.
We prefer to rent to students and trainees.

Karlsruhe-Knielingen is a quiet, green district in the west of Karlsruhe, a good place to study and sleep without having to give up good transport connections.
Transport: With tram line 2 you can travel without changing to Durlacher Tor/KIT-Campus Süd. On the same route you can reach Europaplatz, Marktplatz and the entire city centre directly. Line 2 connects Knielingen Nord via Moltkestraße and Kaiserallee with the city centre, so no changing is necessary for the way to the university.
In the area you will find shops for daily needs, bakeries and restaurants. The Rhine and the Rhine meadows are nearby, good for jogging, cycling and relaxing after lectures.
