Handover and design
The apartment will not be handed over freshly renovated or painted. However, the new tenants have the opportunity to design the apartment according to their own ideas.
As part of the handover, some manageable work is expected from the new tenants. These include in particular:
painting the walls,
closing or filling existing holes,
thorough cleaning of the parquet in the bedrooms,
cleaning and, if necessary, fixing individual baseboards,
possibly replacing individual damaged transition/baseboards,
professional repair of the damaged spot of the laminate in the living room; matching replacement laminate is already available.
As compensation for taking over these tasks, we offer the new tenants two specific advantages:
On the one hand, only half a cold rent will be charged for September.
On the other hand, the existing fitted kitchen including the functional electrical appliances will be handed over without additional payment and will become the property of the new tenants.
The necessary technical work will be carried out by us as landlords: work on the electrical system, renewal of the silicone joint in the bathroom and repair of the roller shutter in the living room will be done by us.
