House Shared Apartment Seeks New Members

Several rooms are currently becoming available in our house shared apartment. This gives you the chance to actively help shape everyday WG life. Maybe you are also a group of friends who want to move in?

House

If you move in here, you get a whole house! The centerpiece is our large kitchen with a cooking island and huge dining table, plus the adjoining garden. Behind the garden/terrace is a free plot with a small woodland, making it always nice and quiet and green. The house consists of two floors plus a converted attic and basement. We have a large bathroom with three sinks, a separate shower, and two toilets. So you never get in each other's way ;)

We use our attic as a living room for watching movies or playing Mario Kart and more on the Switch. There is also plenty of space for overnight guests, drying laundry, or a hobby of yours.

Room 1:

The room is on the 1st floor and is one of the largest here in the WG (24 sqm). It has high ceilings and two large windows. Since it faces the garden, it is also nice and quiet even with the window open. If needed, you can possibly keep a wardrobe and otherwise have freedom to arrange it as you like. Rent (total, including internet etc.) 469.62€

Room 2: (reserved)

The room is on the ground floor (raised ground floor) directly below the first room and has the same layout (24 sqm). It also has high ceilings and two large windows. Rent: 469.62€

Room 3:

The room is on the 1st floor and also faces the garden at the back. It is the smallest room in the WG (14 sqm) and therefore the cheapest. Still, there is enough space to fit everything. Rent: 407€

Room 4:

The room (approx. 20 sqm) is also on the 1st floor facing the street side. Because the house is set back at the rear, it is still quiet. Rent: 450€

Location

Quiet and central! It hardly gets better.

The house is set back a bit and is 2 minutes on foot from Kasseler Tor station. Opposite is the Klostergarten (nature!) and behind the house is a free plot with a small woodland. You can get to Rewe in 4 minutes, the university is reachable by bike in about 5 minutes. The city center is also only 5 minutes on foot and overall the location is unbeatable :D

WG Life

Your new roommate would be Justin (28) and sometimes also Miri, Jan, Jan (yes, we have two Jans) and Nicola. Jan is moving to his own apartment and Miri and Nicola are each moving in with their partners.

Since a major change is now taking place, you can actively help shape WG life.
