We are looking for reliable and uncomplicated new tenants for our cozy 2-room apartment in Köln-Kalk starting immediately.

Since the apartment has become too small for us, we would like to pass on our beautiful home to nice new tenants.

We are exclusively looking for new tenants who are willing to take over the existing fitted kitchen as well as the furniture listed below.

For the entire furnishing, we expect a one-time buyout sum of 5,000 € (negotiable).

The apartment will also be handed over in its current, unrenovated condition.
