Large, Light-Flooded Room in the Heart of Paderborn

With a heavy heart, I have to say goodbye to the Salle and my beloved room in Riemeke, where I was able to collect many great memories. It is a hard step to leave the house inhabited by students and trainees and especially the shared flat.

Since I will now be moving in with my boyfriend, I am looking for a new tenant from 15.11.

The large room can be excellently divided into two, as shown in the pictures, into a living and study area as well as a sleeping area. The two large windows offer plenty of light during the day for studying and beautiful sunsets to end the day.

Location
The shared flat is located in the Riemeke district and is thus a stone's throw from the city center. In less than 8 minutes on foot you can reach Westerntor and in less than 5 minutes the train station, as well as the central bus station and the connection to the university. In front of the door there is a Kaufland, a park for walks and a döner shop that is highly recommended.

Shared Flat Life
Besides you, Leo (28) and Alberto (25) would live in the shared flat. They are up for any fun. Whether it's a spontaneous waffle baking session, a joint visit to the Christmas market, Spanish tutoring for the upcoming exam or just a little chat in the kitchen.

This is Leo:

Hey, I'm Leo, 28 years old and come from Venezuela. One and a half years ago I came to Germany for my physics studies. On the side I work in gastronomy.

In my free time I like to meet friends, play board games or cook. We spend a lot of time together in the kitchen or dining room in our shared flat.

This is Alberto:

Hola, I'm Alberto, I study Spanish and sports, and have also been living in the shared flat for a year. I moved to Paderborn a few years ago for my studies. Some of my hobbies are cooking, playing football, cycling, traveling, watching films/series... I also work, so if I'm not at university, I'm probably at work, and if I have 3 or 4 days off, I'm out and about. I like to go out with friends especially after the exam phase, before that I focus on the exams.

Other
The room includes a small cellar compartment and a front garden, which you share with the other shared flats in the house.
