Your future room is about 20m2 and almost rectangular, which makes furnishing especially easy. The charming red wooden floor gives the room a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Thanks to the new window, it stays pleasantly cool in summer, so you will always feel comfortable here.

Our flatshare consists of seven rooms spread over two floors. On each floor there are two bathrooms, so there is enough space and comfort for everyone. Your room is on the upper floor, where the kitchen is also located, perfect for sociable cooking evenings. We also have a spacious cellar and a beautiful, green garden that we like to use together.

Location
Our flatshare is located on a quiet street that leads directly into greenery, perfect for getting some fresh air after a long day! Despite the relaxed location, you are very central: Warburger Straße runs parallel, so you can easily reach all important places on foot or by bike. In just a few minutes you are at the university, in the city centre or at the railway tracks (Kasseler Tor) as well as at the bus stops. So you live quietly and at the same time in the middle of the action!

Flatshare life
You would live with Merle, Leah, Anna, Finn, Paul and Jan.

Leah (21): Studies Popular Music and Media and bakes the tastiest banana bread.

Merle (21): Studies International Business. She likes to play tennis and plays trumpet in the music club. She also likes to meet for a coffee in the kitchen.

Anna (21): Studies Law and is the mom of dog Lola. The two like to go for walks together.

Paul (24): Studies Chemical Engineering, is at every party and always up for a chat in the kitchen.

Finn (25): Studies Electrical Engineering, sings, plays guitar and likes bike tours.

Jan (29): He is a fan of Hamburger SV and likes to watch football on his screen. Otherwise, he is also musically active and likes to go hiking during semester breaks.

Anna's dog Lola (3) also lives with us. She likes to cuddle, loves walks and is happy when everyone is home. 🐾

In short: there is always something going on with us :)

Other
Since we live in a detached house, we have 2 bathrooms (one on each floor) and also a toilet in the hallway. The house is a bit old, but since it has been a flatshare for a long time, it has gained a lot of charm over the years, which makes you feel comfortable right away :)

The kitchen is fully equipped and we have a dishwasher!
