Room
The room is unfurnished and has a large skylight in the sloping roof. Due to the southern orientation, it is nicely bright during the day.

The apartment also includes a shared living room, a large brand-new kitchen, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. There is also a balcony that we can of course use together.

Location
The apartment is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac on the edge of the village of Bentfeld. From the balcony, you look directly into the nature reserve, the surroundings are accordingly quiet and green.

A bus stop is only about a two-minute walk away. The connection to the federal road and motorway is also very good, so you can quickly travel in all directions by car.

About me, and Eibe 🐶

I am Jonas, 26 years old, and maybe your future roommate. I am currently doing my teacher training at Wald und Holz NRW in the Hochstift Forestry Office. During the day I am mostly on the road for work, but in the evenings I enjoy a bit of shared living even more: having a beer together, watching a movie, playing a round of Mario Kart, or just hanging out in the kitchen and chatting.

Also living with me is Eibe, my little dachshund lady, whom you can see in some pictures. She just turned one year old, loves people, and is incredibly friendly and trusting. Due to her age, greetings can sometimes be a bit more enthusiastic, so you should definitely have a basic love for dogs.

Other
I preferably look for a working person, a trainee, or a student. A neat and clean coexistence and above all a respectful, appreciative interaction with each other are important to me.

I am not looking for a purely functional shared flat. Everyone should of course have their own life and get their peace, but I would find it nice if we don’t just meet by chance in the hallway but also like to do something together or end the evening together.

If the personal fit is really good, we can possibly negotiate the rent a bit lower.
