Cozy Room in Great 8-Person Shared Apartment :)

Hey you :)

Our current roommate Finn will be moving out soon. That's why we are looking for you as a new roommate in our shared apartment :)

Your room is located on the ground floor of our shared apartment, which is spread over 4 floors in total. We live in a single-family house with a garden and terrace. We also have a new kitchen and a large living room that we all share. We have 2 bathrooms, one in the basement and one on the 1st floor.

Location
Our shared apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the university, as well as from the Rewe on Warburgerstraße. But Lidl and Kaufland in the Südringcenter are also easily reachable on foot. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the city center, but only 5-7 minutes by bus :D

The Hilligenbusch bus stop is almost right in front of the door, so you never have to wait long for a bus 🤩

Shared Apartment Life
We are a super harmonious and cool shared apartment, definitely not a purely functional shared apartment!

Your future roommates are Jan (22), Ole (23), Ole (21). Your future female roommates are Mona (23), Sophie (21), Lina (21), Gloria (24).

We really enjoy doing things together and are happy if you want to join in ;)

This includes game nights, study sessions, going out to party, movie nights, cooking together, sports, and much more :)

Still, the motto is "everything can, nothing must" 😅
