The room is in a building that was completely renovated in October 2016, located in the city center of Friedrichshafen, just a few minutes' walk from bakeries, supermarkets, as well as bus and train stops.

The room is approximately 16 m2 in size and is fully furnished with a bed including mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside table, and a shelf. The view looks out to the large private garden at the back of the house, which students can use for relaxing and barbecuing.

It is located on the ground floor with 2 other student rooms, a large shared bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet.

Location
The student house is located in the city directly on the Rotach in a dead-end street. The Werk 1 of ZF is practically next door, and the Fallenbrunnen campus is also easily reachable by bus.

Otherwise, everything a student heart desires can be found near the house: a Lidl with a beverage market and a bakery is only 5 minutes on foot, and the nearest döner kebab is just one street corner away.

Shared Apartment Life
The student house has a total of 9 rooms on 3 floors. Each floor has its own bathroom, and on the ground floor there is a communal kitchen with direct access to the large garden, which is the perfect quiet retreat in summer.

Currently, students from DHBW and ZU, as well as interns and working professionals, live in the shared apartment. So it is a perfect colorful mix of young people.
