The room is located in the attic of a large multi-family house and is part of a separately closed section of the overall shared flat with two other rooms.

The room has its own small balcony. It is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, etc.

The 8-person shared flat is spread over two large floors and, in addition to 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet, has a large common room with an open kitchen and 3 balconies.

Location
The location of the student house is perfect and the Fallenbrunnen campus can be reached on foot in a few minutes. But also the large companies like ZF and MTU are not far away.

The city center is reachable in just under 10 minutes, as well as large supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, and beverage markets.

Shared Flat Life
The shared flat is home to a diverse mix of young people from all over Germany and also exchange students from America, France, or Spain from time to time. They are students of ZU or DHBW as well as interns from nearby companies.

The house has a large garden that all students can use gladly and many balconies on the house offer enough space to relax.

Downstairs in the basement there is a large room with washing machines and dryers as well as a bicycle cellar. A parking space can be booked for € 20 per month.
