Large Shared Flat Room in a Very Good Location

The room is the largest in the shared flat with a proud 27 m2, so you definitely have enough space. The window faces the courtyard and ensures that you do not hear any traffic or trams.

The flat has two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a shower and bathtub.

There is also a modern kitchen with an induction stove and for the a bit lazier, a dishwasher :)

And of course, the hero of every student kitchen must not be missing: the air fryer.

Additionally, the flat has a spacious living room, equipped with a couch, TV, table, chairs, and even a balcony ^^

In the hallway, there is storage space for food and shoes.

Location
The connection to the university and also to the city center is excellent. There are two stops within less than a minute's walk where lines 3, 4, and S2 run. The campus can be reached by train in 5 minutes.

There are also plenty of shopping options (Rewe, Aldi, dm, Lidl, and Netto) nearby, which can be reached on foot in 5-15 minutes.

Shared Flat Life
Currently, two students live in the flat (we are currently describing each other 💀).

Emre (19): If you don't find him in the flat, he is probably at KA-Racing being forced to work unpaid. He likes to sleep in, go to the gym, and studies business mathematics in the 3rd semester at KIT.

Jamie (21): Likes to sleep 24/7 and also studies business mathematics in the 3rd semester at KIT. He always has an open ear and a lot of input. In his free time, he watches a lot of Instagram and procrastinates.

We would like the shared flat life to continue to be quite spontaneous and carefree, so no fixed flat evenings, but rather spontaneously watching a movie together or being cooked for by Emre.

We binge-watch many series together, recently Two and a Half Men, Attack on Titan, and South Park.

But of course, we are always open to other shared flat activities :)

In the future, we also want to continue our cleaning schedule. We also place great value on mutual privacy, which is why we always knock before entering each other's rooms.
