This wonderful apartment in a small green oasis is perfectly suited for people who love nature and enjoy spending time in the garden.
The apartment is accessed through a large driveway, followed by a long garden, so the house is not directly on the street. The apartment itself is on the ground floor but has a wooden mezzanine that gives the apartment a maisonette feeling. The built-in kitchen including dishwasher, which is part of the apartment and therefore does not have to be purchased separately, offers an uncomplicated start into the new home. Space and a connection for a washing machine are also available.
The apartment can be heated either with infrared heaters or with a pellet stove. Both infrared heaters and the pellet stove run on electricity and can be controlled via a mobile phone with the associated app. The pellet stove is a cost-effective heating alternative, especially in times of the energy crisis. The visible flame of the pellet stove also provides a fireplace flair and bathes the apartment in a cozy and warm light.
Electricity is not included in the additional costs and must be registered separately. Gas is not needed.
The garden is large and can be used by you as well. If you have a green thumb and like to realize yourself in a garden, you can let yourself go here. Pets are warmly welcome.
A parking space in the driveway is also available and can be used by arrangement.
The official move-in date is 1.1.2027, but after agreement with the previous tenant, moving in from 07.12.2026 is also possible. The costs for an earlier move-in, as well as further costs for taking over household items, will be discussed together with the previous tenant. There is no obligation to take over items.
