We are the current tenants and are moving abroad for professional reasons. The landlord is not private. The property management IMMNET checks all interested parties and concludes the rental contract directly with you.

Viewings take place at fixed appointments. Please write to us briefly who wants to move in (number of persons), your profession, the household net income and your desired move-in date. Selected interested parties will then be invited to the viewing.

After the viewing, the property management requires for the check: self-disclosure (form of the property management), SCHUFA report, copy of ID card, salary slips of the last 3 months and certificate of no rent arrears from the current landlord.

The apartment is located in the Max Brauer Quartier in Ottensen between Friedensallee and Bahrenfelder Kirchenweg, a new quarter with daycare and café.
