Location
The house is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area in the Karlsruhe district of Knielingen. Numerous renowned companies such as Siemens and Bruker can be reached in about 3 minutes by car or bike. Other large employers are also nearby, ideal for professionals and commuters.

The S-Bahn station Eggensteiner Straße is only about a 4-minute walk away. From there, you can reach Karlsruhe Market Square in about 17 minutes and the KIT in about 20 minutes. A bus stop is also just around the corner, providing excellent public transport connections.

For relaxation and sports activities, numerous green spaces and lakes are nearby, including Knielinger See, soccer and tennis courts.
