Building

There is an almost step-free access to the apartment. The building has an elevator.

The apartment includes a cellar compartment and the right to share the use of the washing and drying room.

Rental Agreement

This is a regular unlimited rental contract, no graduated or indexed rent.

An underground parking space can optionally be rented in addition to this rental contract.
This is not a requirement for renting the apartment.

Additional Costs

The additional costs include gas and hot water as well as the allocable operating costs (advance payment of approx. 170 euros monthly: billing via landlord; separate statement of heating and hot water costs).

Electricity must be registered and billed separately by the tenant (billing through Stadtwerke München).
