The apartment has a spacious storage room inside the apartment as well as a separate cellar room (approx. 8.5 sqm) with light and sockets.

As part of a roof renovation, the upper floor ceiling above the apartment as well as the dormer, which belongs to the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, were insulated to the latest standard and these rooms received new windows with triple glazing.
