New WG Formation

Rooms
Two rooms are still available, one is 22 m2 which costs 748.98€ warm and the smallest with 11 m2 costs 414.49€ warm. A total deposit of 4470€ could be divided by 3 or proportionally according to our m2 number.

Location
The WG is a 10-minute walk from the city center and it takes about 10 minutes by bike to the universities. An Edeka is directly diagonally opposite and if you want to jog, the park is not far either, or you can take the promenade which is 5 minutes away on foot.

WG Life
Hello!

I am Kinanid, 45 years old, employed and would like to start a new WG in Münster. For this, I am looking for friendly women who want to build a nice home together.

Don't be put off by my age! I am quite fit, exercise four times a week and like to be active. Whether going for walks outside, enjoying nature, doing something together or just sitting comfortably together, I am open to many things and like to try new things.

What is important to me in a WG:

I wish for a relaxed, respectful and uncomplicated coexistence. Everyone should have their own space and be able to withdraw if they want to. At the same time, I would find it nice if we not only share the kitchen and bathroom but also sometimes laugh together, chat or do something.

I want to consciously create a WG where mainly women live with me because I had very bad experiences in a men's WG. It is also important to me that everyone feels comfortable and a good, trusting coexistence is possible. Mutual consideration, honesty and a pleasant atmosphere are especially important to me.

Professionally, I work as an educator in a daycare center in Münster-Coerde. In my free time, I like to be sporty, go for walks and am open to new interests and joint activities.

My idea: A WG where people of different ages can come together without age playing a big role. What matters to me is that the chemistry is right and everyone wants a fair and pleasant coexistence.

If you feel addressed and maybe have been thinking about a WG for a while, feel free to contact me! I look forward to meeting nice people and building something new together.

Best regards

Kinanid
