Room
Your future room is 17 square meters in size and faces south, which means the sun shines into your room almost all day.

The room is unfurnished.

The apartment has two bathrooms, so the toilet is separate from the shower. We also have a hallway and a kitchen that serves as a common room.

Location
Our apartment is located on the edge of the Nauwieser district. Bars and shops are very close.

It takes about 10 minutes on foot to get to St. Johanner Markt.

The bus stop is directly across the street and buses to the university run very regularly (111, 102, 109). It takes about 10 minutes by bus to get to the university.

Within 10 minutes you can find various grocery stores.

Shared flat life
Since our roommate unfortunately has to leave us, we are looking for a new, nice roommate.

Your future roommates are Sarah (23) and Annika (23).

Sarah studies pharmacy (7th semester). In her free time she likes to play tennis and board games. She enjoys meeting friends, singing and reading. When she is not studying, she is always laughing and spreading good mood.

Annika is studying psychology in her master's. In her free time she also likes to play tennis, read, play card games and try out different cafés with her friends.

We both have known each other since school and like to spend time together. We like to cook and bake together in the flat, go out together or have relaxed flat evenings. Often we talk for a long time in the kitchen. We are not a purpose-only flat and would be happy if you also want to live this flat life with us. Still, everyone has their own retreat. On weekends we are often in our hometowns due to hobbies, relationships etc. and you would have the flat to yourself : ).

A clean flat is very important to us and we hope you feel the same.

Other
The warm rent includes Wi-Fi, garbage disposal etc. Only the broadcasting fee would be added to the warm rent.

Unfortunately, we do not have a dishwasher or washing machine (the latter could be installed/brought into the flat).

For storage space, we have a small room in the basement and bicycles can also be parked in a bicycle cellar. There is also an elevator in the building.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items.
