Room available in our 6-person shared flat, not a purpose flat share, but rather chaos with heart.

A room is becoming available in our 6-person shared flat and we are looking for someone who does not just want to live somewhere, but really wants to be part of a shared flat. If you are interested in relaxed living together, spontaneous kitchen evenings, movie nights, bar visits or even a somewhat wild party, then you should keep reading.

Very important at the beginning, please consider the aspect of *parental guarantee*, meaning that a parent living in Germany can guarantee for you and to avoid language barriers, please speak German, C1 level or higher.

Room

Your room is located on the first floor of our house and is about 14 square meters in size. It is rectangular and offers enough space. Two windows provide sufficient daylight. You share the bathroom on the floor with 2 other people.

We live as a shared flat in a terraced house with a garden. In the small kitchen we have everything you need, with the dishwasher definitely being the most important. The heart of the shared flat is the living room. It has everything you need in a living room (TV with all subscriptions from Netflix to Prime, Switch, auto darts board, ...) and it offers so much space that even several beer pong tables fit in at the same time. From the living room you can also access the terrace and the garden. It is also important that the house has 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, so that if it gets a bit tight in the morning, you hardly ever get in each other's way.

Location

The shared flat is located in a play street in the residential area "Auf der Lieth". The university can be reached comfortably in about 10 minutes by line 1 or by bike. The city can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by lines 1 or 12. The stop is only a few steps away and is also served by night buses on weekends.

Nearby is also the Lieth-Center with an Aldi, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, post office, 2 banks and (very important) the Lieth-Grill. It is also not far to walk for a small trip into nature.

Other

We keep the house clean with the help of a weekly cleaning schedule.

*Our landlord does NOT require a deposit for the room, but in any case requires a parental guarantee, whereby the parents must live in Germany!*
