Room
The room is about 20 sqm, very bright thanks to the two large windows and is fully furnished!!

There is a dog bed in the room, but my dog will of course not stay there, I can also remove it, but the room is definitely not suitable for allergy sufferers.

I am a non-smoker and do not want my room to smell of smoke, but smoking is allowed in the rest of the apartment.

Location
The apartment is directly on Frankfurterstraße, super close to the park and the art university.

There are several supermarkets and a tram station nearby and a great bar:

I am doing a semester abroad in the winter semester, so my room will be available for sublet.

Move-in and move-out dates are flexible.

You would be living with Natalie and Giulia.

Natalie studies Social Work and Giulia is from Italy and studies art here.

Both are super nice and sweet and you can easily chat and spend time with them :)
