I am offering a one-room apartment last renovated in 2022.

On the second floor, you will find the well-equipped apartment - perfect for students due to the proximity to the university, but singles in working life will also be happy here.

You can relax on the large southwest-facing balcony with a wide view after university and/or work.

In the kitchen corner, you will find a kitchen unit from 2022 consisting of a stove with a modern induction cooktop, sink, refrigerator, and upper and lower cabinets.

The kitchen is separated from the rest of the apartment by a practical counter with integrated spotlights.

The bathroom was also last renovated in 2022 (new toilet, mirror, cabinet, etc.).

445 meters from the front door is the tram stop "Hauptfriedhof" (lines 1, 5, RT1, RT4), from which you can go directly, for example, to the university, city center, and Wilhelmshöhe train station.

You can reach the university campus "Holländischer Platz" on foot in 15-20 minutes... or even faster by bike.

530 meters from the front door is the Klinikum Kassel.

Viewing appointments can be arranged flexibly with the current tenant. The current tenant wants to move out as soon as possible, so a contract start/move-in is possible relatively quickly and flexibly.

The additional costs also include all building services (e.g., winter service, cleaning, and janitor).

You get your electricity independently from me directly from the electricity provider of your choice with your own electricity contract.

You also conclude an internet contract yourself directly with an internet provider.
