The apartment is located in the attic of a villa built in 1904 and completely renovated, offering about 90 m² of spacious living.
The centerpiece of the apartment is the large bright living area with an open kitchen. The open design extending up to the roof structure makes the space feel particularly spacious and generous. The bedroom also extends upwards.
Next to the bedroom, there is a small additional room currently used as an office. However, it is equally suitable as a walk-in closet or extra storage space and has access both from the living area and directly from the bedroom.
The approximately 10 m² full bathroom with bathtub and shower is wonderfully bright due to two windows.
The entire apartment (except the bathroom) is laid with solid real oak floorboards.
The balcony gets sun all day and offers an undisturbed view over the roofs of the neighborhood. A nice spot for the first coffee in the morning or a relaxed evening.
The apartment also includes a private connection for a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room in the basement as well as a private cellar room.
The house consists of only three units with a very friendly community.
The large garden in front of the house is available for all tenants to use together and additionally offers space to sit, relax, or simply enjoy some greenery right outside the door.

The house is located in the sought-after villa district Ahrensburg Ost in a quiet residential street (speed limit 30). The regional train (to Hamburg main station in less than 20 minutes) is within a few minutes' walk, as is the subway. The Ahrensburg city center is about 1 km away - about a 15-minute walk.
