A round wall mirror and two floating wall shelves create a cozy, modern ambiance in Scandinavian style.
The absolute highlight: your own balcony (4.6 m²), directly accessible from the room. Furnished with two stylish Acapulco chairs, a side table, and privacy screen, with a quiet view of the greenery in the tree-lined courtyard side. Perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a long workday.
As part of the shared apartment, you share the spacious common areas with up to two other roommates: a fully equipped country-style kitchen with kitchen island and dining area (approx. 19 m²), a bright and spacious hallway (11.15 m²), and a practical storage room (1.44 m²) for shared household items and more.
Particularly noteworthy are the two stylish bathrooms, both completely newly renovated and high-quality equipped: The smaller bathroom (3.72 m²) features a walk-in rain shower with glass cabin and black shower system, a wall-mounted toilet, and a washbasin with wooden cabinet and mirror cabinet.
