The room (14.50 m²) is the largest in the shared apartment and offers plenty of space to live and work: a high-quality box spring bed (120 × 200 cm) with a large storage box, ideal for storing suitcases and luggage, a private desk with chair and desk lamp, a ceiling-high built-in wardrobe as well as a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with wall-mounted sideboard. Two framed art prints and two floating wall shelves create a warm, homely atmosphere in a modern Scandi style.
The highlight of the room: the private balcony (4.4 m²), accessible directly from the room. Furnished with two high-quality rattan lounge chairs with white cushions and a round glass coffee table, overlooking the tree-lined street and the lively Bahrenfeld cityscape. The large window front and balcony door flood the room with natural light during the day.
As part of the shared apartment, you share the spacious communal areas with up to two other flatmates: a fully equipped country-style kitchen with kitchen island and dining area (approx. 19 m²), a bright and spacious hallway (11.15 m²) as well as a practical storage room (1.44 m²) for shared household items and more.
Particularly noteworthy are the two stylish bathrooms, both completely newly renovated and equipped to a high standard: The smaller bathroom (3.72 m²) features a walk-in rain shower with glass enclosure and black shower system, a wall-mounted toilet and a washbasin with wooden base cabinet and mirror cabinet.
