In addition to the rent, a monthly furnishing surcharge of EUR 50 is payable for the kitchen.
The landlord assumes all damages and defects to appliances, furniture and fittings in the kitchen caused by normal wear and tear, aging or contractual use (§ 535 BGB). This includes repairs or replacement of stove, refrigerator, sink, unless the tenant has demonstrably caused the damage.
