Room
The approximately 20sqm room can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The room naturally has a LAN connection (100Mbits) and Wi-Fi throughout the shared apartment. The shared apartment has one bathroom, a second toilet, and a large kitchen that is fully equipped. The kitchen is also used as a common room, and in summer you can spend time on the balcony. The shared apartment is part of a student fraternity.

Location
The apartment is located directly in Oststadt, THE student district in Karlsruhe, with shops, pubs, and the university just around the corner. Here are some walking distances:
- 1 min to Gottesauer-Platz stop
- 3 min to Karl-Wilhelm-Platz stop
- 5 min to KIT
- 1 min to Rewe
- 7 min to shopping zone
- 1 min to the best ice cream parlor in Karlsruhe ;)

Shared Apartment Life
Are you open to activities and looking for a diverse and supportive shared apartment? Then we have the ideal room for you! We are the student fraternity L! Cimbria-Fidelitas, a colorful group of students from various fields and semesters. This allows you to quickly make new contacts, and older students are happy to help you with homework and university exams. Since we all want to successfully complete our studies together, we follow the motto: "Studies have priority!" However, we also know that fun belongs to studying. Therefore, we offer a variety of activities. On Tuesday evenings, some of us play football or engage in other sports in our own sports hall near KIT. On Thursday evenings, we enjoy communal meals that are free for everyone and then spend the rest of the evening in our own bar. Additionally, we organize movie nights, cook together, or go on trips for karting, bowling, or whatever we feel like. We appreciate the initiative of our members and encourage active participation in shared apartment life. Everyone is welcome to bring in their creative ideas, whether organizing a poker tournament or a trip to another city. Our shared apartment offers not only social support but also opportunities for personal development through internal and external seminars. In doing so, we lay the foundation for a successful professional future by teaching key qualifications such as responsibility, teamwork, and organizational skills.
