20 m2 Room with Private Bathroom in Südstadt

Room
Students from various courses and semesters live with us. We are not a purpose-only shared flat and also do a lot together outside of university.

The room is about 20 m2, furnished, and has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine and dryer are also available. The house also has a garden, which we especially like to use in the summer.

If you want to study quietly for university, there is an air-conditioned study room where we also prepare together for exams.

There is plenty of space for bicycles. If you have a car, you can additionally rent a parking space in an underground garage belonging to the house.

Location
The house is centrally located in Karlsruhe's Südstadt. The nearest stop is only about two minutes on foot and you can also quickly reach KIT, the university, or the city center by bike.

Directly behind the house is a small park. Several supermarkets, a gym, bars, and clubs are also quickly reachable on foot.

This means you have everything you need in everyday life nearby and can get anywhere quickly.

Shared Flat Life
Hi,

we are Leo, Finn, Diego, and Sebastian. Besides studying, we do a lot together. We go to university together, do sports, eat together, and also like to have a beer now and then. On weekends we go out together, take trips, or organize parties and other events ourselves.

Of course, not everyone is always there. But it is important to us that you basically enjoy the community, contribute, and do not just come home to sleep.

Especially if you are new in Karlsruhe, you will quickly find contact with us. Since we have various courses and semesters represented, there is usually someone who can help with questions about studies and Karlsruhe itself.

Other
If you think you might fit with us, write us a few sentences about yourself. What do you study, how old are you, what are your hobbies, and what else should we know about you?

Also send us your Instagram account so we can get a first impression of you.

If you sound interesting to us, we will contact you and arrange a short phone call. If it fits both sides, we can then arrange a viewing appointment so you can get to know us personally.

We look forward to your message!
