Your future room has 1 window, 3.50-meter-high ceilings, is about 17 square meters in size. And even your own washbasin. Fortunately, we have very affordable rent, which also means that not everything is perfectly renovated. Unfortunately, we do not have real parquet flooring, but laminate, which makes maintenance easier. We are open to changes in the shared apartment and would also like to do some renovating soon. Overall, our shared apartment is rather small and cozy but has everything you need to live.

Location
Our apartment is on the 2nd floor in the oldest old building on the street.

With a small basement storage room, bike parking, and nice neighbors, it is a good place to live here.

Our shared apartment is directly opposite a playground (aka our garden) and the line 4 tram stops right outside the front door; just around the corner is the Mühlburger Tor with all important train connections. For shopping, you have Cap (Edeka) and Penny right around the corner. Alnatura, an ice cream shop, Iaro Café and all the package shops you need, the Gutenbergplatz (with weekly market) is also not far. The Günter Klotz Park as well as Haidenplatz are 10 minutes on foot away and perfect for walking. There is also a late-night convenience store and a kebab shop not too far away.
